4. Seller Policies

• Product Listings: Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all product listings are accurate, not misleading, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Orders: Sellers must fulfill orders promptly and communicate any delays to buyers through EasyDokan’s messaging system.
• Returns and Refunds: Sellers must adhere to EasyDokan's Return Policy and process returns and refunds in a timely manner.

5. Buyer Policies

• Order Information: Buyers must provide accurate and complete information when placing orders.
• Payments: Buyers agree to pay for all items purchased through EasyDokan in accordance with the terms set forth on the platform.
• Returns: Buyers must initiate returns within the timeframe specified in EasyDokan’s Return Policy.

6. Payments and Fees

• Transaction Fees: EasyDokan may charge sellers a transaction fee for each sale made through the platform. The current fees will be listed on the seller dashboard.
• Payment Processing: Payments will be processed through EasyDokan's secure payment system. Sellers will receive payments according to the payment schedule provided.

7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: EasyDokan and its licensors retain all rights, titles, and interests in and to the platform and all related content.
• License: EasyDokan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your personal and business use in accordance with these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Disclaimer: EasyDokan provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the platform's accuracy, reliability, or availability.
• Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyDokan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

9. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EasyDokan, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Termination

• Right to Terminate: EasyDokan reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without notice.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in these Terms and Conditions will immediately cease.

• These Terms and Conditions and any disputes related to them or the use of the platform will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Pakistan], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
